In this day and age where everything is so fast paced, there is an even greater need to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and our roots. Giving the gift of self care to yourself is never selfish, in fact it’s quite the opposite. The more you can look after your mind, body and soul, the more you’ll get out of life, the happier you’ll be and the better service you can be to those around you.

Heart Essence Holistic Healing was founded by Alana Winter. Alana is a second degree Reiki Practitioner and certified Transpersonal Crystal Therapist. With an extensive knowledge of crystals and passion for the health and wellness industry, Alana combines her love of connection with others alongside her holistic energy healing practices to assist you on your own unique healing journey.

Transpersonal Crystal Healing

Crystal healing is a holistic and natural therapy that taps into the energetic power of crystals and how they affect the body and mind. During a treatment your crystal therapist will place healing crystals on or around you to help unblock, focus and direct energy.

By combining Transpersonal Psychology and counselling with Crystal Healing, Alana is able to assist her clients overwrite old programming, release trauma and achieve more POWERFUL healing results, than by using Crystal Healing alone.

Reiki Energy Healing

Experience Reiki, an ancient healing practice using the universal life force to effectively balance and heal the mind, body and spirit.

With a gentle, hands on approach, Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of your energy field and charges them with positive energy.

You will feel a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace during and after a treatment.

Throughout difficult periods in life, Reiki will assist to relieve emotional stress and improve your mental and spiritual well being.

Distance Reiki Healing

Distance Reiki works according to the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole.

As such, invoking this law during a distance Reiki session allows the practitioner to link an object to the energy field of the recipient. I typically use the recipient's photo along with a healing crystal.

Distance Reiki provides just one of many ways to link to and channel the universal life force energy for the healing benefit of others.
